Method of manufacture patent US#6,814,113 B1 is utilized by Turtle Sun Woodshop, Inc. The actual method requires many tedious hours of careful planning and execution to produce the patterns that you see here. The cue blanks and veneers are hand cut. Each twisted lamination is glued up and pressed by hand. The actual finished product is a result of 5 years of trial and error, leading up to the finished cues that are shown here. A truly hand made custom cue! No two cues will ever be totally alike. You will be noticed when you walk into a pool hall. Get twisted!!! Our standard shafts are made of premium hard rock maple, with 3/8 10 stainless pin. It takes 9 months to produce each shaft. Standard size is 13mm with an LBM ferrule equipped with a premium Tiger 11 layer laminated Everest tip. We also offer premium OB1, Tiger X and Predator shafts, and Moori & Kaumi tips. Any type of joint connectors you may wish to use can be utilized as well as any combinations of woods, twists, rings, custom inlays.
